1. The service

Emzy provides access to a free automated trading tool and a community channel. The tool connects to your own broker account via API. We never hold, control or have access to your funds, which remain in your broker account at all times.

2. Not financial advice

Important. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to trade any instrument. Trading carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You trade entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for your decisions. Only use capital you can afford to lose.

3. Fees

The tool is free to use with no subscription. A performance-based fee of 5% applies only to profitable trades, as explained during onboarding. If there is no profit, there is no fee.

4. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to trade the relevant instruments. It is your responsibility to ensure that using the tool is lawful where you live.

5. No guarantee

We make no guarantee of profit, income or any specific outcome. Results vary and losses are possible. The tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the tool or this website.
